Vibrating Screens
Vibrating screens are used to segregate feeds comprising solid and crushed ores down to approximately 210μm and are also applicable to both dried and wetted feed. The high frequency vibration screens operate at varying 0 to 25 degrees and can go up to a maximum of 45 degrees. The frequency range is from 1500–7200 RPM and should operate at a low stroke.
Vibrating screens are widely used in coal, rice husk, bagasse etc. and can be customized according to the requirement. At GVN, we can provide you with the advanced vibrating screens available for your use.
Types of Vibrating Screens
Single Deck Vibrating Screen
Single deck vibrating screening machines are commonly used as oversize product screeners, polishing screeners, or scalping screens.
Double Deck Vibrating Screen
Double deck vibrating screening machines are commonly used as Primary and Secondary Product Screens. The upper deck has a larger mesh designed for removing oversized particles from the product flow where it can be removed to the crusher for recycling back into the process. The lower screen separates product size from fines, that are also sent back into the recycle or used for seed product to the granulator. A separate discharge flange sends the product size material for further processing.
Triple Deck Vibrating Screen
Triple deck screens are used when a higher level of product size differentiation is required. The top screen separates oversized particles that are discharged to the crusher. The bottom deck separates the fines from the product flow for recycle or process seeding. The middle deck can be used for making two size grades of product. Individual discharges as shown at left connect with discharge chutes for processing or recycling as required.
