Conveyor Systems
A conveyor system is a common piece of mechanical handling equipment that moves materials from one location to another. Conveyors are especially useful in applications involving the transportation of heavy or bulky materials. Conveyor systems allow quick and efficient transportation for a wide variety of materials, which make them very popular in the material handling and packaging industries.
Vibrating Screens
Vibrating screens are used to segregate feeds comprising solid and crushed ores down to approximately 210μm and are also applicable to both dried and wetted feed. The high frequency vibration screens operate at varying 0 to 25 degrees and can go up to a maximum of 45 degrees.
Bucket Elevators
A bucket elevator is a mechanism for hauling flowable bulk material vertically. They are considered similar to conveyor belts, with the greatest difference being that bucket elevators move material using buckets attached to a rotating belt or chain. The buckets work to pick up material, move it to the desired endpoint, discharge material, and finally return to the starting point to pick up a new load
Coal Crusher/ Impactors
Coal crusher is designed to reduce large coal pieces into smaller ones.
Crushing reduces the overall top size of the coal so that it can be more easily handled and processed within the plant. For coal crushing, mainly adopting the mechanical force to conquer and destroy the internal binding force of coal
Feeders
A feeder is a material handling equipment used to regulate the flow of a bulk material from a bin or hopper. Feeders are often used in conjunction with other types of material handling equipment, like conveyors, crushers, dryers, grinders, blenders, and mixers.
Several types of feeders can be used in a crushing/process system. They are selected to suit the material, feed rates and pre-sorting.
