Conveyor Systems

A conveyor system is a common piece of mechanical handling equipment that moves materials from one location to another. Conveyors are especially useful in applications involving the transportation of heavy or bulky materials. Conveyor systems allow quick and efficient transportation for a wide variety of materials, which make them very popular in the material handling and packaging industries.
Conveyor systems are commonly used in many industries, including the Mining, automotive, agricultural, computer, electronic, food processing, aerospace, pharmaceutical, chemical, bottling and canning, print finishing and packaging.

Belt Conveyor

For handling bulk material, belt conveyor has a vital application of its capability of handling higher tonnage over long distance at lower cost than any other type of conveyor. They are used for small and big capacities as it is able to handle wide variety of material economically.

Belt conveyors are performing numerous other functions in addition to transporting bulk materials such as weighing blending, sampling and stocking. Since the material is carried on the belt, it is suitable for handling certain corrosive material also.

Screw Conveyor

Screw conveyors are used to convey the material continuously with the help of a rotating helical screw blade (known as flights) by shear and tumbling effect inside a U shaped trough or a round tube. They are generally used for distributing, collecting, mixing, elevating and conveying raw material like coal, crushed material, malt grain, powders, cement, chemicals, food products etc. Screw conveyors are compact in design, save valuable space, suits restricted space and are easy to install.

Roller Conveyor

A series of rollers supported in a frame over which objects are advanced manually, by gravity or by power. These easy-to-install, low maintenance rollers are built to help workers load and unload truckloads efficiently. These conveyors are suitable for light applications up to 50 kg such as cardboard boxes and tote boxes.

Apron Conveyor

Apron Conveyor is a type of conveyor made from individual apron plates that are linked together with hinges on its underside, thus creating a looped carrying surface where materials can be placed. It plays a vital part in several industries by being used to move different materials from one location to another. The apron conveyor is used to deliver a large number of materials across several phases of production and is particularly useful for transport of huge and heavy materials. Many industries consider apron conveyors to be a lifeline in their industry, including manufacturing, agricultural, and chemical industries. An apron conveyor works much like the tracks of a battle tank. Individual apron plates overlap and are linked together to form a closed belt or chain. A mechanism, usually composed of several metal rollers, is placed inside the apron conveyor belt.

Chain Conveyor

Chain conveyors utilize a powered continuous chain arrangement, carrying a series of single pendants. The chain arrangement is driven by a motor, and the material suspended on the pendants are conveyed. Chain conveyors are primarily used to transport heavy unit loads, e.g. pallets, grid boxes, and industrial containers. These conveyors can be single or double chain strand in configuration. The load is positioned on the chains, the friction pulls the load forward. Chain conveyors are generally easy to install and have very minimum maintenance for users.
