Rollers
All standard rollers are grease packed and sealed and no re-lubrication is necessary. Various roller diameters are offered with overall idler assembly dimensions based on IS : 8598 – 1987.
Belt Width- 400mm to 3000mm
Dia- 48.3mm to 219.0mm
Run out- 0.5mm to 1.6mm
Pulleys
Pulleys are of heavy duty construction suitable for continuous operation. Minimum pulley diameters are as per IS : 1891(part1) 1978 while other dimensions and tolerances are as per IS : 8531 – 1977.

Dia- 152.4mm to 1200mm
Frames
Belt Width- 400mm to 3000mm
Screens/ Meshes
Used to separate feeds containing solid and crushed ores down to 200um

Used in vibrating screens and self aligning frames
Screws (Conveyor)
A screw conveyor is used to move liquid and granular stuff using a helical rotating screw blade. It consists of a tube containing a spiral blade which is coiled around a shaft, held or free at one end and driven at the other end.
Chains
Used in Bucket elevators, Drag chain feeders, Drum feeder, Chain conveyors etc.
Sprockets
A wide range of sprockets with customization as per requirements used for drag chain feeder, drum feeder, chain conveyor, ash conditioners etc.
Conveyor Belts
A conveyor belt is a continuous moving strips that are used for carrying different materials from one place to another.
Safety Switches
Zero speed switch, Pull Cord switch, Belt sway switch, bunker level switch etc
Bucket (Elevators)
It can be customised as per customer's requirement and bucket elevators specification.
